Please note that our home is in the mountains and in a very rural area. We share our mountain with all of the woodland creatures that inhabit the area. Guests MUST not leave any food or trash outdoors. If you use the grill, it must be cleaned and covered before you go to bed. Black bears, coyotes, raccoons and other animals live in these mountains and are masters at sniffing out food. Also, in the winter, our road gets plowed after significant snow events (over 3").
We highly recommend that our guests travel to the Chalet in vehicles that are equipped to handle winter in the mountains (all wheel or 4x4 drive). Additional visitors and guests not part of the booking are not permitted unless approved by the hosts.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN.
Please do not charge your electric cars using our house power. There is a charging station at Windham Mountain for your convenience. Tap water is clean and safe to drink but we also have an RO system in the kitchen.

Will was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The house was clean with an open layout and lots of natural light on the top two floors. One of the bedrooms is actually a loft and two of the full beds are in the same space. The game room is a fun space and has a cool vibe. Theater is a great spot to rest after a day on the mountain. Would highly recommend!

We were a group of 9 and we were extremely comfortable and happy with the house.
First off, Will was a terrific host. He is extremely proactive and made sure from beginning to end we were set and comfortable.
Second, the house is lovely. It's in a great location close to many of the charming places around the Catskills. And the house comes with so many amenities - my party took full advantage of them! There is AMAZING massage chair, pool table, tv room, tons of games for kids, and a wonderful kitchen and dining space to easily accommodate a large group.
I would absolutely stay at Will's place again.
