To create a peaceful living experience for all residents, we have a strict no-partying policy in place. Enjoy the quiet serenity of your home without disturbances from noisy gatherings. We do have a Minut sensor that monitors decibel frequencies. If we do confirm that you are throwing a party, we will call the cops and have you removed. $500 party fine.
Deadline to request to extend your reservation is 5:00pm the day before checkout. After that there is a $50 late extension fee. (This is because we need to reschedule maintenance and cleaning.) .Please note the check out time.
Late checkouts without prior authorization will incur a 50/hour fee.

1-5 day stay $30/pet per day

ABSOLUTELY no smoking, vaping indoors. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gasses. To maintain a fresh and clean living space for everyone, we've implemented a smoking fee. $550 smoke abatement charge. This fee supports our commitment to providing a healthy environment and ensures that our house remains free from lingering smoke odors.
